Sharon McKay is an experienced healthcare professional with over 20 years of management experience at some of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States. Sharon’s experience has spanned Healthcare Operations, Case Management, Performance Improvement, and Healthcare Information Technology Project Management. Her hands-on approach and ability to engage people at both the Executive and Staff level have enabled Sharon to drive sustainable change management. Sharon is dedicated to the development  of people and is passionate about Servant Leadership. She is a hands-on professional who understands that true sustainable improvement is both process and people-driven. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakwood University, an MBA, and is trained in both Six Sigma and Lean Business Systems.
